I also liked there open till 5:30pm which enabled me to contact after I had finished work
Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with

Awful estate agents. They allowed a chain of houses to go to the very final stages, before revealing to anyone (including the house they were selling) that a septic tank needed changing due to updated legislation last year. This should have been picked up on and addressed in the early stages, not when everything else was finished and people were ready to move. Further to this, their communication with the other estate agents and legal teams within the chain is non-existent. They withhold important information and leave people wondering what on earth is happening. We will never use this company. Scoffield Stone couldn't have been more helpful.  Went through them to view a property but it got rejected but they went out of their way to find me a suitable property and a really good Landlord. I cannot recommend Scoffield Stone highly enough for selling a property. The entire team went completely above and beyond to make the sale of my house as smooth and straightforward as possible.
